CHARACTER NAME: Ethan Crowne
CHARACTER AGE: 42

CANON POINT: about a year after he was turned (some info on an old app)
ABILITIES: In his world, if you're turned to a vampire, you generally obtain some kind of ability. Not all the time, but most of it. It tends to manifest in ways that are already there, so if you're already sort of predisposed to the gift of sight, you'll probably be able to catch glimpses of the future, etc.
Ethan happens to be an empath. He's already a kind, caring, and compassionate person, so when he was changed, his ability manifested into empathy, which basically means he can sense and absorb other people's emotions. He can also control and manipulate the mood of people around him. For example, if he's in a room where there's a lot of anxiety and tension, he can easily absorb that & calm everyone down in order to prevent any incidents or harmful situations. (there will be an opt out for this)
Also I should note that his venom has the capability to get people ecstasy type high, and make you really horny! This is entirely optional and it can also have 0 effect if someone chooses to have their character feed him.

WHAT IS YOUR CHARACTER'S SOCIOECONOMIC BACKGROUND? WHAT IS THEIR RELATIONSHIP TO WEALTH?: He grew up not traditionally wealthy, but upper middle class. He doesn't value money like some people though; it's convenient, but it isn't something he actively sought out. He's a horologist, which isn't exactly bringing him a lot of money, but he likes his work. After he's turned and after his sire dies, he inherits a vampire club in NOLA, and that brings him in a LOT more money, though it still isn't something he really cares about. It just means he gets to pay his employees more, which they very much like.
